Step 4:- After you upload the documents, after that you have to generate the batch and submit. But on the new UTI PSA portal the batch system has generated. The old PSA portal had an option to generate batch where any retailer could submit the generated batch.

Step 5:- The new PSA UTI portal does not have the option to generate the batch, so if you want to submit the generated batch, you cannot do it yourself. Generate batch option is not given in the new PSA portal.

Step 6:- As you check torrent pan application status after upload the documents, APACO application is not yet attached to any batch. Please create a batch for physical migration of the application, same error occurs. It is batch generated online or automatically by UTI server, you generate the batch.

Step 7:- You have to wait for 24 hours after uploading the documents on UTI portal. If you upload documents today, PAN status changes tomorrow. After waiting for the next day to upload the document your Generate any Attach batch problem will be solved automatically, there is no other solution.
