UTI Photo and Signature Cropping
To crop a photo and signature to the required specifications for a UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited application, you can follow these steps:
First, make sure that you have a digital copy of your photo and signature. You can take a photo of yourself with a smartphone or digital camera and scan your signature.
Open the photo and signature in any photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft Paint.
For the photo, crop it to a size of 3.5cm x 2.5cm. This is the standard passport size photo used for UTI applications. You can use the crop tool in your photo editing software to select the area you want to keep and remove the rest.
For the signature, crop it to a size of 2cm x 7cm. This is the standard size required for UTI applications. Again, you can use the crop tool to select the area you want to keep.
Save the cropped photo and signature as separate files in JPEG or PNG format.
Make sure that the resolution of the files is at least 200 dpi (dots per inch) to ensure that they are clear and legible.
Check the file sizes of the photo and signature to make sure they are within the maximum limits set by UTI. As of September 2021, the maximum file size for the photo is 40KB and for the signature is 30KB.
Finally, upload the cropped photo and signature to the UTI portal or include them in your application form as required.
Note that these specifications may change from time to time, so it's important to check the UTI guidelines before submitting your application.
