What documents are required for making PAN and making corrections?

If you are doing correction in PAN card or making a new PAN card, then you must have the following documents, then only you can fill the PAN form.

Note :-
1. In case of a person being
a minor, any of the above

Undivided Family stating
name, fathers name and
address of all the
coparceners on the date
of application and copy
